No. 25 Gentian

At the moment, I am really into top-of-the-line bicycles. Or to put it in other words: The best bicycles you could buy for money in the early days. For me - as I handle mostly bicycles with Shimano parts - that means Shimano Dura Ace! When I find a bicycle that I like and think is worth adding to my portfolio, I am always super happy because they are rather hard to get. So no wonder, having this bicycle makes me one lucky dude. When I bought it, it was in a decent condition. I had to replaced the cables and housings and changed the back tire. Next, I decided to change the straight handlebar into a classic racer one and added some very rare golden Shimano Dura Ace brake levers. I got them from a good friend of mine - thanks again! They give this vintage Allegro bicycle an absolutely unique look. This bicycle runs, shifts and brakes perfectly. It's an eye catcher for sure. So no wonder I got compliments from strangers on my first testride - True story!

Now, il a du chien!
